Name of Position: MARKETING MANAGER

Below are the requirements:

Marketing Manager - Qualification & Experience Required 

• A minimum of first degree from a recognized tertiary institution.

• At least 2 - 3 years working experience in related field.

• Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the banks brand, products and services.

• To manage and analyze market data and collaborate with other departments to achieve the Banks overall marketing goals.

• To effectively manage the Marketing budget to maximize returns on investments.

• Identify and develop market opportunities that will generate revenue.

• Ensure the achievement of Set Targets.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality and coordinate customer events and other Bank related activities.

• To conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences to identify opportunities for growth.

• To expand marketing activities within and beyond the bank’s catchment area.

• To increase the number of customers in the bank, whiles resolving customer complains.

• To open both individual and corporate accounts for the Bank.

• To submit weekly, Monthly and quarterly report for Management consideration.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers while onboarding new ones.

• Ensure safe custody of the Banks Assets.

• Help with marketing of the Banks products and services.

• Having a professional qualification like CIM, CIMA etc. would be an added advantage.

• Any other official duties that may be assigned by your superiors.
